Free listings are reviewed before publication. A business owner may submit their own company, and a local resident may recommend a wedding business they know. Paying MapleVow is not required to be listed.
We check that the business appears relevant to weddings, that the name and location are plausible, and that the submitted contact or website information is appropriate for public display. Approval is not an endorsement, licence verification, or guarantee of availability or service quality.
Directory results may use relevance, location, category, profile completeness, saved counts, and approved promotional placement. Paid promotion is labelled. Businesses cannot pay to change reviews or remove factual criticism that follows the review policy.
Business owners can claim a listing and request corrections. Anyone can report inaccurate, duplicate, closed, or inappropriate listings. MapleVow may edit, merge, suspend, or remove listings to keep the directory useful and safe.
